Omelette with Black Truffles
Grind the black truffle,
then whisk the eggs with truffle dressed with salt, pepper and add a
little wine. Put into a frying pan with olive oil and a clove of
garlic. To brown the garlic and then remove from the pan. Pour eggs
and truffles previously prepared. Move the omelet so slow in order to
achieve equal cooking. The omelet should not overcook, it should not
be dry but soft and thick.
