Fillet of Veal with Mushrooms and White Truffles
Beat Veal tenderloin and
flatten them a little, season with salt and pepper. Melt the butter
in a pan, add the fillets, let them brown on both sides and set
aside. Lengthen the cooking sauce with the cream and add the sautéed
mushrooms and chopped truffles. Let evaporate for about 2 minutes,
pour the sauce over the fillets and serve hot.
